This project was created for the first semester of undergraduate thesis, exploring the question “In what ways has the Tamil genocide in Sri Lanka shaped the culture, mental health and sense of belonging of Tamil-Canadians across generations? How can I use the stories of my own family to answer this?“ Curating archival footage, interviewing, scriptwriting and video editing were all apart of the process for this project.
